I've found 14 seats so far that the PPC handed to the Liberals. There's probably more I haven't found yet.

It's more than 14 seats (as of now). Either handed to the Liberals or the NDP. If you assume that every vote of the PPC would have gone to the Conservatives, then the Conservatives would have 25 seats more.
