Scroll to the “Covid 19 cases by vaccination” chart. There you will see that the vaccinated in Ontario are getting infected at a higher rate than unvaccinated in the last few weeks.
Now go to Ontario’s science table’s covid 19 cases chart on this page:

No, they are misrepresenting. They’re comparing apples to apples and are posting different rates. You cannot look at apples to apples stats comparisons two different ways.
I don't suppose you could indicate specifically what it is you think you see?

Perhaps it’s you that should be explaining because this statement is quite bold.
One is a graph of a seven day average of cases, the other is a daily graph of cases.
Can you say precisely why you think they conflict?
