Based on the same press release from the UK, this article claims that "UK to end vaccination for everyone under 50". If you have taken the trouble to read that press release you will see that their headline is incorrect.

For example: Horowitz looked at a paper that recommended, among other things, that "efforts should be made to encourage populations to get vaccinated" and chose to tell his readers "Harvard researcher finds absolutely no correlation between vax rates and COVID cases globally". The author of the paper has called him out: “That conclusion is misleading and inaccurate,” Subramanian told me of Horowitz’s Blaze column over email. “This paper supports vaccination as an important strategy for reducing infection and transmission, along with hand-washing, mask-wearing, and physical distancing.”
