That's a whole lot of faith put in the justice system. You really think they can sus out someone's innocence or guilt enough to justify killing them? Even if they are for sure guilty, is there a chance rehabilitation could have worked? It also costs way more to kill them then to house them for even a decade so you're not saving money or really benefiting anybody.
