I'm exempt according to subsection 1(2b) of the order, because I have a medical condition, and according to subsection 3, I am not required to provide proof of my medical exemption.

Cops won't handle the enforcement of this, if they call the cops they'll most likely be told to call bylaw.

Besides, if a store owner's going to get bitchy about it, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Indefinitely.

Does the government actually have the authority to enforce "dress codes" on people?

I went to a mall first time since last Christmas to look at a pocket knife I had my eye on. The place looked like something out of the Walking Dead except instead of trying to bite you the zombies avoid eye contact and seemingly navigate via the screen on their phone.

The author of that specific quote "I'm exempt according to.." added that he's not a lawyer, and he's not responsible if you get fined. phew, covered.
