I would love to see the ratio of Indigenous/minority/disabled interns compared to normal interns that are hired in this program. Why would you even consider hiring somebody that is not Indigenous/minority/disabled? They are literally setting you up to lose money by not hiring someone from those categories

The interns will be getting paid by the company. Unpaid internships are just about entirely illegal in this country
