It's amazing to me that a 46 year old drops dead while 83 year old Silvio Berlusconi who is likely clinically obese and is confirmed to have heart disease and has prostate cancer only has a mild cause of pneumonia. We are only hearing about Berlusconi's mild case because he's wealthy and a former Prime Minister. There are many elderly people with pre-existing conditions who at worst develop mild pneumonia and get prescribed antibiotics that you never hear about from the media. You don't hear about the grandpa with pre-existing conditions who only has a mild fever, cough and the sniffles.
