A bunch of retards were floating around in the middle of a lake fucking 'star-gazing' at 11:30pm with their navigation lights turned off.

Now really, there is no excuse for any recreational boater to be out and about at midnight. Certainly not to go stargazing. And certainly not to rip home from a party half pissed as midnight.

Both sides were dumb-ass Torontonian city-slickers with more money than brains and zero-to-zilch boating experience. Damages should be assessed 50%/50% to both sides.
