You are right this is anecdotal. Are your GenX family members in government work or university educated? Live in the suburbs or rural?
Ding. Ding. Ding. My Gen X siblings are both government employees, both University educated, my brother lives in the burbs, my sister downtown Toronto though. I used to be a government employee (and have seen firsthand the financial waste in government), am University educated as well and live in the 905 (burbs). So I see this coronavirus panic first hand I guess based on my environment.
I think if somebody is a teacher for example they are way more likely to believe in the Rona crap regardless of generation.
Agreed. Fuck teachers. They want to get paid their full salary or at least a large percentage of it without doing any work. Even though even 64 year old teachers on the brink of retirement with pre-existing conditions have a fairly high survival rate for COVID right now. It's just not as high as young, healthy people.
