Knives of peace.

Whenever I hear crime by knife I know there is strong possibility it is one of our imports. A real Canadian would use an axe or wood splitting maul.

I was driving through the woods some point this year and saw all these what looked like blue ropes in the forest. Me being a little paranoid was a little freaked out until my wife told me that is how they harvest the maple sap these days and it was a maple syrup operation.

She was a born country girl whereas I am an adopted country boy from the suburbs.

Oh, the hoses! Yeah, neat, eh?

Apparently, you can make 'birch sugar' as well...

Kirpan most likely. You know, the kind that are strictly ceremonial so they can carry them everywhere without a concealed weapons charge, 'cus reasons.
