Capitalism is a better economic system than most and in many ways has been a force for good which is why so many on the right bought in, the problem is the quasi-religious adherence to it under all circumstances no matter what displayed by many “Conservatives”.

Many are now starting to see the light and realizing that the conservative establishment really just exists to feign opposition to the Left, but in the end you get the same result, it might just take a little longer to get there. The future is in a more populist, pro-middle/working class direction as opposed to the historic liberterian/corporate conservatism agenda, if the Conservative/Republican parties don’t adjust to this reality they will die.
