As you can see, post flairs are up and running. To add one, you have to submit your post first. Then once it's up, look for the "flair" button on the bottom submission menu (the one that has share/save/hide/report/block/nsfw etc).

There's a few flairs right now to get started.

Edit: Just to refine the suggestions a bit, keep in mind post flairs aren't just decoration, they're tags. I imagine the admins will eventually make it work like how it does on reddit where if you click a flair, you're brought to the search page and shown all the posts with that same flair. So for that reason I'm going to avoid creating flairs that are repetitive or too similar to each other i.e. like having a "Fuck Trudeau" fair and then a "Trudeau sucks" flair. That would render the tag function of flairs useless. Better to just have a "Trudeau" flair. And then have one consolidated flair for each subject/issue/theme, in order to not fracture content across wide variety of sub-categories.
