Yes alot of the cigarettes are terrible but they have many different kinds and some are good. The Fleur de Lys ones with the frenchman on them are good but they can be different depending on the store you go to. Very poor quality control overall though I'm nearly always satisfied with those cigarettes. At 11$ for the cartoon the odd bad batch doesn't bother me.
