"It’s a mess. It’s a shambles. It’s an embarrassment. It is the worst ever by any reasonable measurement.

Judging by their performance on the most important files, the current bunch in Ottawa would need to hire a consultant to figure out how to get wet in a thunderstorm, and set up a task force to study how to tie their own shoes"

LOL

I'm pretty sure the reason that black guy has that condo is because he got the diversity hire at the bank

Lol. I remember smoking weed in my parents basement and watching a Mark Dice video by chance which led to my awakening (back when he was doing conspiracy videos)

Happened to just get lucky that day

Wow what is this? A mainstream politician actually criticizing Trudeau?

Get with a credit union, Duca for example. These massive banks are parasites upon our society.

How many fucking cases are in Aylmer? Why is doug doing the same lockdowns for every town/city in Ontario? This govt is so unbelievably incompetent

I read a Tweet where someone is comparing this whole ordeal to Stockholm Syndrome. We, as a populace (hostages), who have lost everything due to government restrictions, have positively identified with our government (aggressor) who has taken away everything from us and we now proceed to attack anyone who disagrees with the government, or government restrictions.

But indeed, I agree with the Brave New World metaphor as well, where we as a populace, instead of focusing on what's really important, indulge ourselves and focus our attention into our trivialities (netflix, social media, et al.), and take our soma (alcohol, marijuana) when things start becoming uncomfortable for us.

Wow. I can't believe this is happening. All under the guise of anti-semitism.

Can you even call Trudeau voters leftists? Just like can you even call Biden supporters leftists? Suppression of free speech, war, neoliberalism, complete disregard for civil liberties and freedoms, unbridled corporate globalism, mass third world immigration, extreme, to the point of demented, focus on diversity/social issues that only .1% of the population actually cares about, I would call this progressivism masquerading as state-sanctioned corporate fascism with a focus on destroying the (mostly Caucasian) middle class.

Outside of Vancouver and Toronto, two painfully progressive cities, who actually supports this government? I have never been more ashamed to call myself Canadian. Seriously.

To be fair, I'd probably rather watch that than read anything the toronto star comes out with.

By extreme right does she mean extremely right?

When are a couple restaurants going to open the fuck up? Adamson raised hundreds of thousands of dollars so you are guaranteed to get support, morally and financially.

Good to see something like this is getting news coverage. Gives me hope that our mainstream news stations still have integrity (the local ones at least).

The government has not invoked the notwithstanding clause for this pandemic.

Since when are your fundamental rights "conditional"? Obviously section 1 in the charter places reasonable limits on Canadians rights but AFAIK Canadians are not yet able to get arbitrarily arrested and charged as cops and politicians see fit. I'd like to think are judiciary system still respects the charter.
