the hospital in the article itself has 7420 employees not the network/affiliates and each hospital in the area is requesting/short 100-250 nurses. so yes they'd require nurses either way but losing 150 nurses/employees would definitely contribute more than your <1%

oh i know, a lot of people have been fooled that the vaccine provides 95% rate of immunity (my grandparents, other close family/friends). whereas we now know that the vaccine protection is kinda sketchy and does not provide an immunity.
their new reasoning is that if youre not vaxxed then the virus can mutate further in unvaxxed people and then cause a new epidemic and back to square one.

i often see lots of videos here which i like however i have trouble finding out who these people are. can see through my post history that i try to look up a persons credentials prior to sharing with friends and family.
