I wouldn't say this is a good idea, but if you want to obtain ivermectin without being scammed and can't get horse paste, you could get a prescription for Rosiver for rosacea. It is a 60g tube of 1% ivermectin, so each 1 gram of cream would have 10mg of ivermectin if you swallow it. At $200 for a tube containing 600mg total ivermectin, this is also cheaper than the tablets. I don't imagine it would taste great.
