They clarified the stay at home order for Ontario.

https://www.blogto.com/city/2021/01/still-allowed-under-ontarios-new-stay-home-order/

In summary, they suggest Ontarians use their "best judgement", for things like meeting other households, exercising, shopping, work, etc. which basically restricts them from truly going after people and fining or arresting them.

Also, no restrictions on how long you can be out, how often, where you go, etc.

Which I think is some good news, at least compared to the curfew/full lockdown situation. They probably realized there's not enough police manpower (or will) to enforce this.

Just had a thought that maybe the reason they're pushing so much to "test" everyone for Covid, especially those who have no symptoms, has something to do with collecting and assigning our genetic material?

Those swabs they use are awfully similar to genetic testing, and if covid spreads so easily and can be found in your mouth/nose why wouldn't they just take it from there?

This also seems to follow those "Find Out My Ancestry" tests that were being pushed very aggressively in the past couple of years on TV & the internet, so maybe this is the follow up they needed.

I know it seems far-fetched, and it's just a theory, but what do y'all think?

Took this video of an anti-mask & pro-freedom protest/march that went on in downtown (Yorkville/Annex) Toronto. Sorry about the bad quality/angle.

Video

This is just a small part of it, as it went on for a while, with at least a few thousand people attending. The Bloor street BLM march had maybe 1/10th of those numbers back in early June.

Considering that Toronto is the most cucked liberal city in Canada (especially downtown), this was very encouraging to see. I would have joined if I knew it was going to happen.

Seems like more people are waking up, so there is hope yet!

He's got some decent ideas in regards to immigration, free trade, & a few more, but this definitely stands out as a negative (at least in my opinion):

"Canadians will need to get into the habit of wearing masks in places where crowds are unavoidable (transit, elevators, etc.) and where contact is unavoidable in personal services businesses (salons, barbers, etc.) or where commercial facilities have a limited ability to execute social distancing measures. The federal government must ensure that a permanent domestic supply of N95 grade masks and consumer, single-use masks are produced in sufficient quantity to keep our economy moving and our citizens safe. The government will work with and purchase from domestic suppliers to ensure our domestic capacity and consolidate our strategic reserve of personal protective equipment."

Does he know something we don't about the future of Corona and/or the efficacy of masks in preventing its spread?

Got this in the inbox today and thought I'd give a heads up to all of you living in condos/apartments in the GTA.

As expected, the libtard regime is pushing on with more mask restrictions after their last attempt (indoor public spaces) went practically unchallenged. The good news is that this is not law, and not even a bylaw since the city council is on break until October. Not sure how much power is under the "Condominium Act" but I'm certain these kinds of restrictions are not enforceable in any way whatsoever. In case of questions, just claim you have "health issues" (you don't even have to explain further) and they won't be able to do jack shit.

Message I got: "Mandatory Common Area Face Mask Policy

The protection of the health and safety of our residents and staff is paramount during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The City of Toronto has passed a by-law to make it mandatory to wear a face mask inside public spaces. These by-laws do not apply to condominiums.

On July 23, 2020, Mayor Tory announced that the City expected all condominium corporations and residential buildings in Toronto to require face masks be worn in all interior spaces.

The Board of Directors has decided to follow the lead of the City of Toronto and face masks are now mandatory in the common areas of the building. This decision has been made pursuant to section 117 of the Condominium Act, 1998 which permits a condominium corporation to take steps to address any condition which is likely to cause injury to an individual.

This Policy applies to everyone, including but not limited to owners, tenants, visitors, contractors, real estate agents, and delivery people.

Commencing on July 24, 2020, the following requirements will apply in all common areas:

  1. Everyone must wear a mask or face covering while in the common areas.

Masks must:

be constructed of cloth, linen or other similar fabric; completely cover the mouth, nose and chin without gapping; fit securely to the head with ties or ear loops; and unless a disposable mask, maintain their shape after washing and drying. A mask, balaclava, bandana or scarf, or other similar item which meets the above requirements is acceptable.

Face coverings must be properly worn and hands should be washed before and after putting on and taking them off.

  1. The following persons are excluded from this policy: Children under the age of two. Persons who have trouble or are otherwise unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons or reasons of disability, including people who are unable to remove masks without assistance. Persons who are engaged in an athletic, fitness or aquatic activity in accordance with the Emergency Orders. Employees and agents within an area not for public access, or within or behind a physical barrier."
