The issue with running is that you leave your place of strength and give yourself less resources and options than your home base. At home you have tools, supplies, neighbors and you know the land. On the road you're quite vulnerable.
If youre a Christian then the story of Elijah might be useful. He wanted to help God but then left his home area and ran over to mount Sinai hoping he would find God where Moses had met him. Like "this is a rediculous, debunked conspiracy" or "Epstien was the supreme leader" or "This is being covered up". So basically you can get all sides of an issue and keep drilling down. For ranking, page views might be more useful than voting for determining the most popular theories, although maybe users could 'approve' of an entire logic chain, suggesting its what they believe to be the truth.
Basically its a web of theories that anyone can add more info to, grouped by the basic concepts. People can build out a whole tree and crossreference other's work for more proof. That way when you send someone a link like "bill gates is trying to murder us all, they can follow the logic back to its origin, or out to its possibilities.
