The question is, why do Canadians agree with this strategy?
There's letters by medical professionals calling to end the lockdowns and end the fear, because the costs (in deaths) are higher under future lockdowns than with full reopening. That's right. Lockdowns will hurt us more than COVID.
But the media doesn't want to be rational, unbiased, or positive.
And the government wants to implement a new world order (build back better), and they need fear, and the media to do it.
The question is, why do Canadians agree with this strategy?
Because the Liberals own the media, and the media dictates voter's views to them.
There's letters by medical professionals calling to end the lockdowns and end the fear
...which most Canadians will never see because the media won't show them to them.
Look, you don't have to convince me that this is all a bunch of bullshit. And unless you become the director of the CBC, you're not going to convince the majority of voters that it's all a bunch of bullshit either. And you're definitely not going to do through grassroots social media persuasion because the silicon valley oligarchs will shut you down if you try. Instead, if you want to win an election you have to accept that that's the hand you've been dealt, and just try to navigate around it.
Who's factually right and who's factually wrong counts for nothing in an election. All that matters is what the majority of voters believe, and from there, which party can convince the biggest vote share that they're the right party to represent their interests. What you'll never be able to do is convince the bulk of voters that their views are wrong and they should change their thinking and support your party instead. Elections just don't work like that. Especially not when the media is in one party's pocket. So if the majoirty of voters want lockdowns, stupid as that may be, you cannot campaign against lockdowns unless you want to lose.
Electoral politics is a complex web of issues that have to be carefully navigated lest you step on a landmine. If you do like Max and just blindly charge forward on pure passion, you're not going to get anywhere. You're going to end up with zero seats and 1.6% of the vote.
Ham supports Kent Hehr's positions because polling says Canadians want it.
This is why Democracy is flawed, it’s based on whatever the biggest amount of retards want.
Nope. I just understand that campaigning against policies that the vast majority of Canadians agree with and hold to be important is a losing strategy. Because I'm not a retard.

Yeah but if you run lockdown to win an election it turns into lose lose.
You dont win by burning the village to save the village.
More lock downs will fuck us as hard as just giving the liberals full majority.
So we need to wexit.
How can you expect to change public opinion if you can't even express a different opinion?
