Seems fair. Maybe to make it more fair we should make all new immigrant grandparents pay 100k to offset the burden on the system they will be.

Can’t pay? Visit instead. Who said free healthcare had to be handed out like water? Buy the right insurance to go with your luxury vacation next time.

The tax payer will end up paying for this - we always do. Why I am paying for the medicare for people who have never paid taxes or contributed to this country? This is simply theft.
