Why do people think this is a good thing? Anybody that's worked a real job knows that there are bumblefuck retards who can't accomplish even the simplest of tasks, and those who can do their job properly, and those that go above and beyond. Why the fuck should all of those people end up in the same place?
I know plenty of people who are clearly below 90 IQ that still manage to make a decent living for themselves. Hell, the average IQ of most trades workers are in the 90s, and most plumbers and mechanics I know aren't struggling to earn themselves a decent living. Hell, the mechanic at my job knows more about literally everything mechanical than I will ever know in my entire life, and he's a total dipshit outside of that specific field. IQ is no excuse for people failing to achieve something unless they're literally retarded. It all comes down to work ethic and a willingness to at least try things. I've seen smart people fail at simple tasks because they don't even make a real attempt at it, or they fail once and give up, or they don't bother to learn the correct way of doing it because they don't have the balls to ask someone that knows.
