I'm wondering if there's a way to train ourselves on the "behaviour modification techniques" that would be used on us. I figure the best way to defend against it is to be aware of what is being done.
Disconnect cable tv, get off twitter, fb and YouTube, write your mayor MLA and MP, be unapologetically outspoken and dont lose hope.
