This is a little old but confirms that testing positive for Sars-cov-2 is not the same as having Covid19. The former is a virus, which apparently many people test positive for. (And many falsely test positive for.). The latter is the disease. Not everyone with the virus develops the disease. Yet the media purposely fails to make this important distinction. Positive tests, whether accurate or not, are reported as cases. Nonsense.
