There is no discrimination against blacks in government. The only evidence they have is that blacks earn less. The NBA must discriminate against non-blacks. Blacks have less education and less lucrative qualifications. For example, I rarely see a black software developer while white, yellow, and brown developers are plentiful. Blacks already benefit from hiring and advancement quotas. That is literal discrimination and should be illegal.
