Imposter syndrome is a common insecurity many people have where they feel like a fraud, usually in their job. Like they've got people fooled into thinking they're a legitimate [insert job description] but really they're just winging it.

Basically just a manifestation of poor self-confidence. It's not rational. The rational thing is to ask yourself if you're adequately performing your duties, and if yes, you're not a fraud.
