Apparently 437 Squadron (the one that operates airbuses and flies Trudeau around) recently painted a plane in a temporary commemorative colour scheme. That was last years, so it's it's reasonable the plane is still wearing those colours.
So this story picks up a bit of credibility with that IMO. The stripe and the marking on the tail match.
Jan 6th, don't be in north america. /scumbag politicians everywhere
He's in Hunter's sex dungeon filming his wife eating M&Ms
That's not a Canadian government plane.
This is.
---------------------- EDIT---------------------------
Apparently there is one government jet temporarily painted in this commemorative colour scheme, which matches the one in the tweet.
That could very well be Trudeau's jet.

This is not grey. It's white with a dark stripe down the body. The standard Polaris scheme is dark grey with a light grey stripe if not just straight grey.
That being said, I just happened a cross this in my paint scheme searches: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/bMG_5OavN0c/maxresdefault.jpg

Yeah, the flag is in the right place, and the stripe runs under the horizontal stabilizer in both pics. That's the same plane.
Grey or not, the stripe on this one is darker than the base colour. Which the opposite of what's going on with this one.
The only way the plane in that tweet is an RCAF Polaris is if it's 437sqn #03. And that's not grey, that white with a red stripe.
