Good, don’t take this crap from anyone. Also I recommend a couple books regarding tooth health, books I wish I had known about long before I got a mouth full of fillings by a shady dentist that has been wrecking havoc on my health to this day. The first one is Heal Tooth Decay https://www.amazon.ca/Cure-Tooth-Decay-Cavities-Nutrition/dp/1434810607/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=cure+tooth+decay&qid=1609791451&sr=8-1 an excellent read about tooth health and how our modern dentistry system is the big pharma of dentistry and how nutrition is the key to healthy teeth not necessarily the removal of bacteria from the teeth/mouth.
I am a dentist in the GTA
There is no rule like this mandated by rcdso - you can be in the operatory with the child so long you have a mask. I know, my Chris Hadfield outfit is hideous, but it's the rules.
There's no limit to how many can be in the waiting room either, so long 2ft distance is maintained. I enforce the waiting room occupancy limit myself, politely ask them to wait in the car, in case an "outbreak" is declared at my clinic and I have to close, thanks to those morons with smartphones.
I had a mouth full of cavities as a child because my parents were giving me a doctor prescribed, sugar laden syrup similar to Pedialyte. My 4 year old mind fractured Fantasia style on in the chair, as I was subjected to watching the Disney cartoon on the ceiling monitor. No joke. There are Evil Doctors and Evil Dentists.
Yeah it’s all in the diet. Too much sugar throws off the endocrine system which causes the teeth demineralization system to malfunction. Also if you’re not getting enough nutrients in the first place (which our western diets often are lacking in) your body starts leeching the nutrients needed from bones and teeth starting with the teeth.
Yeah thanks for that. I try to exclude BPA from my diet too, to protect my hormones. We wizened up to it in the late 80s and I have practised good oral hygiene as an adult. 0 cavities since the baby teeth fell out.

The other book is Healing is Voltage by Dr Jerry Tennant https://www.amazon.ca/Healing-Voltage-Handbook-Jerry-Tennant/dp/1453649166/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=healing+is+voltage+by+jerry+tennant&qid=1609791599&sprefix=healing+is+volta&sr=8-1 which talks about voltage in the body and how it relates to disease. Related to this subject is how teeth act as circuit breakers for the various electrical circuits in the body as outlined by acupuncture circuits. Cavities or fillings in these teeth can start to affect the voltage of these circuits which can cause organs, muscles and anything else connected to that circuit to start to malfunction which leads to disease.
Agree! I just posted those links because it was the easiest way to show the correct books. Get them however you like, they are good reads.
