Your comment really hit me. Evil is truly rampant in this world. My parents always wanted me to be in the world but not of the world. I indulged myself through college like everyone else, but I still had shame and humiliation when I took it too far.
My life is a struggle to walk with God, to resist the urge to sin, to repent when I have sinned. It helps give me clarity about where I stand, and what I think. It helps keep me on the narrow path, not the wide one.
I saw the photos of the young men who are part of Antifa and BLM that spearheaded the siege of the Capitol. Travelling across the country, assuming the identity and donning the garb of a Trump supporter, and fronting the effort to siege the Capitol in order to help the evil doers frame the good and peaceful patriots, is an evil thing to do.
You're right, It can be a difficult path to walk sometimes, a disciplined line to walk upon.
But to be Righteous in this current state of the world is the true benefit you receive when you can walk that line!
And as I said, We really must be thankful for the roads we walk upon, our families that support us.. or don't.. and the friends and souls we meet along the way... such as yourself... God has us all in our places...
I know this... We've put up a hell of a fight so far, and we've only begun to fight to quote the founder of the US Navy; John Paul Jones...
And when I look at the evil, and the corruption, and the absolute weakness of our enemies.. who've sold out to Satan...
I just thank God every mili-second in my heart, and my soul, and my mind..
Because of my parents, because of where I was born, and the events that happened in my life...
That the Devil didn't get me, and that I'm with Christ..
That's really what matters at the end of the day, where our souls are pointing...
And We're going into judgement...
and things are going to be spectacularly horrible...

I'm glad my words have an impact.
