Read the entire article. CTV News is misrepresenting what Dr. David WIlliams said. In the article Dr. Williams even said that it would be difficult to enforce a curfew. And he sees a curfew as only a last resort. CTV News is fake news. Just like CBC, CP24, Global News, CNN, NBC, etc.
Don't worry, they'll bring in those two female cops from Calgary to enforce it, they'll enforce anything they are told to, no questions asked... Well, at least they'll try their best to enforce anything.
Oh come on, everyone knows ice skates give true Canadians super powers, they never had a chance against that young man!
