Reduce store hours. Reduce building capacity limits. Can't travel more than 5 km from your home.
Reducing store hours makes absolutely no sense... so instead of spreading the amount of people at a store over a longer period of time, let’s force people to go in a narrow window of time thus increasing the amount of people there at a given time.
