"Outed?" how? Because this moron found TheDonald's IP address? Is this person fucking retarded? That's the PUBLIC address. It's not a secret (like your personal IP address is). It's how computers dial up the the server. The DNS (i.e. "theDonald.win") is just a nickname that's associated with the number. You type in "thedonald.win" and the system knows you want to go to that associated IP address. This isn't for security, or to conceal the site's IP address, it's just so that we can names for our websites instead of long ass numbers.
A real-world analogy might be if the IP address is the latitude and longitude coordinates for your house, the DNS is the street address that you give people to guide them to your house. We use street addresses in common parlance because they're easier to use and easier to remember, but the ultimate point of the is to guide you to a certain latitude/longitude co-ordinate (you house). The fact that you use street addresses because they're easier does not make the latitude/longitude coords a secret, nor does it make you an elite hacker for finding them LOL.
ANYONE can find the IP of a site by just googling "find website IP", or "DNS lookup" or something. Again, it's not a secret.

No, the IP address you get that way was CloudFlare's, not the real server's.
