Personally id like to see Canada transform into a world leader for health care and health vacations, partner with the natives to make luxury resort hospitals and respite centers and charge the rest of the world an arm and a leg to use these services. Give free medical education to all citizens with the deal that you stay in Canada and work for us for at least a while.

Continue to focus on renewable resources like forestry while setting aside the best spots as healing retreats, and do our best to keep our water and minerals in the ground for future generations.

Take the profits from becoming the world's hospital country to fund defense like Israel, so no other country tries to take what isn't theirs.
