Seems totally sustainable. People have been predicting a housing collapse in Canada for the past 2 decades and it hasn't happened yet. That being said I don't see how this eventually ends without tears for many people.
2nd largest country in the world with one of the lowest population densities yet some of the highest property prices in the world. Literally none of this makes sense.
Well he might be right to be honest. The prices may never collapse but the dollar eventually will. Once the dollar collapses it's pretty much all over but the crying at that point.
