I disagree. Polls swing bigly during campaign periods. PPC seems to fringe to too many Canadians. A lot of conservative voters prefer PPC policies, but also understand governing is different from campaigning. If the Conservative strategists think campaigning to the left is a winning strategy, they might be right, might be wrong.
