Wait... does the vaccine even prevent the spread and transmission of Covid-1984? Or even confer immunity, preferably of the long-term variety? I heard it doesn't, which means the lockdowns are forever regardless of who's in Ottawa.
If they can't appeal to the Toronto / Montreal crowd, they can't win. Combine that with the compromised press we currently have, and you get Liberal government after Liberal government.
Western separation is really the only way out at this point.
