This thread has degenerated into a cesspool of NWO propaganda.
The cases actually climbed higher once the mandatory masks was implemented in Edmonton and Calgary. Also masks in hospitals are worn to prevent bacteria from spreading not viral spread. For viruses they have Hazmat suits.
