Dear Mr. Turdeau: why are the Proud Boys considered terrorists but the pro-Khalistan movement behind Canada's worst terrorist act not? Furthermore, what have the Proud Boys done that compares to the violence committed by the pro-Khalistan movement?

I believe it's a loophole on how laws work about spying. The CIA can't legally spy on its own citizens. Know who can? Other countries.
