Well it aint coming back. Our governments decided to test us to see if they could get us to surrender our rights using fear of of an invisible threat, and we gave them up without a fight. Now they're gone forever. That's how it works. Governments never give back power once its given to them. That's why we're almost a year into the "Two weeks to flatten the curve", with no end in sight.
