Actually all of the backbenchers defied Trudeau and voted to support the motion.
So this is really bad for Trudeau. Even his own camp knows he's in the wrong. This is going to cost him - especially people start asking why he and the rest of Cabinet refused to vote for the motion. Because the answer is - they're owned by China.
Right in everyone's face for all too see yet will most Canadians see it?
They'll see it but they'll ignore it, because they're committed to their respective parties. People like that can't be swayed. You show them evidence of how bad their party is, and they'll either rationalize it or ignore it.
Do you think it will where it matters like Metro Toronto?
Nope. Again, the bulk of committed Liberal voters won't care. But there is a segment of swing voters in this country who decide the outcome of elections, and some of them will for sure be swayed by this. It's just a question of whether enough of them will be swayed to change the election outcome.
All they have to do is get their bought media to start scaring people with the 4th wave that will be the worse yet,
Fortunately Trudeau's vaccine fuckup means that further covid oppression will be on him, so it's not in the Liberal's interest to ramp up the covid fearmongering, since Canadians are increasingly blaming the Liberals for our predicament.. This will only get worse for the Liberals as other countries get their vaccinations done and start re-opening, while Canada is stuck in lockdowns thanks to Trudeau's failure to secure vaccines for us. And that failure is undeniably Trudeau's, since he bet the farm on the Chinese vaccine. That's the same China who's responsible for the pandemic, and who are running those concentration camps. Trudeau is extremely vulnerable on China right now. Hopefully the CPC have the wherewithal to exploit that.
try to find some ridiculous dirt or even make it up to say a Candidate or Party is 'Waaaaaycist' and make a big deal of it or heck could be some other bs too...
They'll do that no matter what. It's all they've got.

The fact that he is able to carry on the way he does is a testament to his lack of accountability to the public
