I know a man who used to work for mortengtaller doing abortions. He travelled with him to some American cities like Chicago to learn to do the procedure. Every single time, even if it’s an all black neighborhood, the doctors performing the abortions were members of the tribe.

He recalled a story where he was learning, and the doctor in Chicago had an impoverished black woman come in who couldn’t afford an abortion. The doctor said he would do it for free, but wouldn’t let her have any anesthesia. He could have easily given her anesthetic, the cost would be marginal, but he didn’t so that it would be painful and teach her a lesson.
