This appears to relate to a residential situation. Is there a lease, tenancy, rental, homeowners or condo agreement? That would be the first place to look. If such an agreement exists and there is a clause requiring residents to report contracting contagious viruses then there should be no reason it’s not enforceable. If it’s been agreed to I can see no reason why enforcing the clause would be illegal. Absent such a clause I don’t see any basis for the request and in that case it could probably be ignored.
Recieved this as an email today. Typically I read and delete everything from this account. Is it worth being a pain in the ass about this?
If definitely seems to have some carefully ambiguous language. Not sure how many residents may not realize they are under no obligation to comply with this "expectation".
I don't actually care about the Community Team Members at all.
I do however, think other residents should be informed that they are under no obligation to share any health information with anyone, including the Community Team Members.
So the original question was really, should I post notices, spam email lists, complain, etc and make a stink?
Or do most Canadian adults know their rights? (A year ago, I would have said they do. Now I'm not so sure.)

We're not your lawyer, nor do we care. Go back to /r/Ontario
Its our property management team. There was additional identifying info that I cropped out.
