And after they proceed to forget about the equalization payments from all the other provinces that is keeping them afloat.
With the devolution of powers to Quebec from Ottawa over the years one an say Quebec has largely achieved its goals in substance. It does what it wants in most areas and still gets Canada to foot the bill.
