Basically, the Canadian border restrictions related to COVID are so bad that we can’t get our mfg sector operating fully. Losing access to US supply and losing US contracts.
It was COVID for sure. When factories anywhere along the line shut down for more than a few days it cripples the entire supply chain. It will take years for some to return to normal.
