I agree with this. It should work this way. I sadly see a future where medical info is required to purchase, and I understand wanting to get ahead of the government mandates. If enough private businesses did exactly that ( coordinated ) and put up waivers/signs ( not saying it's the right thing to do necessarily), I could see a larger outcry happening only because daddy government wasn't the one to suggest it. Could be another way to redirect the anger and show the hypocrisy of conforming to current and future mandates that ask the same thing.
Take all paying customers and with a portion of your profits give to those that are like-minded.
For instance; I use Google boost for my business, and with the extra income derived from that, I donate to websites that think as I do, and local companies who I personally know the owners (who hate what I hate.)
I don't know enough about your situation to give a complete answer. I can suggest a large sign about insurance and/or risk waivers for those who are vaccinated. Just like that Gym that won't let vaccinated people train b/c unknown effects and lack of coverage. If anything, a sign will get attention and potentially start conversations ( before it's too late). It may also inform those who have their heads in the sand. Most people think this is an FDA approved thing, have no idea that we are in trials, and don't realize we have no recourse legally with the manufacturers if you get injured. It could be a 'must read before entering'/educating the public instead of limiting your customer base and profits. You could potentially have a follow up with your customers at ring out? OR instead of refusing customers, place restrictions on them just like gov. has done with masks and sidewalk delivery. You can shop here but vaccinated patrons must , A, b, and c. I'm sure you can think of something creative. This is a fight that will take a multiple pronged attack to win, and I'm typing off the cuff.
Or just discounts to those who are aren't vaccinated, just distinguishing those people would be difficult. I'm sure the government will make that distinction easier soon enough . :/
For one I'm under no obligation to disclose any medical history nor do I think it's any of your god damn business so; go fuck yourself for asking.
Lawyer here. This is the right answer, for now at least.

Bad idea, just let everyone in and don't say anything. You will lose a lot of money since mask cucks are the majority.
