I don't know enough about your situation to give a complete answer. I can suggest a large sign about insurance and/or risk waivers for those who are vaccinated. Just like that Gym that won't let vaccinated people train b/c unknown effects and lack of coverage. If anything, a sign will get attention and potentially start conversations ( before it's too late). It may also inform those who have their heads in the sand. Most people think this is an FDA approved thing, have no idea that we are in trials, and don't realize we have no recourse legally with the manufacturers if you get injured. It could be a 'must read before entering'/educating the public instead of limiting your customer base and profits. You could potentially have a follow up with your customers at ring out? OR instead of refusing customers, place restrictions on them just like gov. has done with masks and sidewalk delivery. You can shop here but vaccinated patrons must , A, b, and c. I'm sure you can think of something creative. This is a fight that will take a multiple pronged attack to win, and I'm typing off the cuff.
Or just discounts to those who are aren't vaccinated, just distinguishing those people would be difficult. I'm sure the government will make that distinction easier soon enough . :/
