Uhhhh... well, my brother developed a crack habit last year completely broke with reality... yadda yadda... called the police because he supposedly had a gun and was on a mission to murder his debt collectors and go on the run... but his stuff was at my house, so of course he had to stop in... so, the cops never did show up for that, they were just too busy ya know. My brother was here 3 times that day. So when people ask, "arent you scared of fines?" I gotta laugh. Might just be where i live, but i act like they aren't coming. As for my neighbours, well, i only think they suck during election season, and im sure its mutual. But we talk weekly, trade garden tips, wave.... no one on my block snitches... so far. My point is, fuck the fear, the tickets are getting thrown out, be good to your ndp supporting neighbour, and if the cops show up, tell them to "have a nice day and see you in court, karen" Every medical, govt, law enforcement, labourer, store clerk, food industry person i know is just acting like we are in a pandemic. Its all smoke and mirrors

I generally try to avoid society as much as possible, so very little has changed for me in the past year! :-D
