Lockdowns don't work because essential workers (especially those who go into work sick) are spreading the virus. Until society is willing to give up Amazon, UberEats, Instacart, postal service, meat factories, etc. good luck defeating an airborne respiratory virus. lmao. Kids get sick very easily (with mostly mild symptoms) and spread the virus amongst each other and give it to teachers, day care workers and family members. I used to get sick a lot when I was a kid. But to force kids to stay at home instead of getting an education is vampiric. Typical Boomer Behaviour. If you are afraid of getting the WuFlu from children, stop being an obese Type II diabetic fat ass and boost your immune system.
People are also tired of 13+ months of this shit and are disregarding the stay at home order. If a policy has a low compliance rate, then maybe we should rethink the policy.
The left says that abstinence education doesn't work, that safe sex education is the best. But when it comes to a respiratory virus instead of HIV, they promote abstinence. It makes no sense.
Exactly. All these people who are like #stayhome, they think all their shit is delivered to them by robots or something. They didn't stock the burgers I like at my local supermarket because of supply chain issues with beef. People don't think. They don't understand how having everyone stay home would cause massive supply chain disruptions. Supply chain disruptions that are already happening to some extent. It takes a lot of labour to supply us with the things we take for granted.
