I’ve had 5 PCR tests since early April - required for international travel. I’ve not tried a fake one because the risk of being denied entry to a country after flying 24 hours is simply not worth it.
That said, traveling between provinces where I am requires at least a negative antigen test, which cost about $20. Even so, fake negative certs are available on short notice for about $10 for those who don’t like being poked.
But even Canada has restrictions on travel between provinces. Not tests though - yet. The Charter guarantees the right to live and work in any province. There is no right to simply visit.
