I don't think Bernier means it literally. It's a jab at O'Toole's charisma to say it's only because he's fake that he appears so robotic. If he meant it literally then his tweet would mean that the real life O'Toole is charismatic, which wouldn't make sense politically.

But ya machine learning has come a long way. Sometimes I wonder how much fake stuff I've watched that I thought was real.
