If you can get away with getting on the plane not taking one, then when you land in Canada, 2 fines, plus another fine for not going to their concentration camp.
It’s a “green” ticket apparently. There’s video somewhere if some polish or Hungarian Canadian old man videoing his entire process and basically refusing everything.
There was a story a while back saying the airport Stasi were running dry of green ticket pads because they were writing so many and people were just like “whatever” at getting them, adding them to their collection I guess. They are basically toy tickets at this point, about as scary as a detention letter from teacher and about as legally enforceable
He doesn’t take any tickets offered to him, doesn’t raise his hands, in the end the little Cuck trying to give him more tickets on the way out just tosses the tickets at him and they land on the floor, while based old man basically tells him to stop following him and to go away and not touch him.
Chris Sky did it and lots of others are doing it too. Say you aren’t taking their test and no you aren’t going with them.
“Am I being detained?”
“So am I free to go?”
At every stage, when one grows weary of their questioning.
The irony is. At this stage, when dealing with Stasi, is a good time to mask up, if only to hide your identity.
I can’t see how they can be arresting anyone at the airport because it’s not a criminal or even civil offence,it’s a regulation and still has to be tested against the constitution in the SCOC. Wonder if any lawyers out there could chime in?
I’m not sure of the legality of not taking the ticket from the stasi and letting it fall to the ground and walking away. Again all of them that have gone to court (very few because the CPP keeps postponing court dates if you check the trial box because they know they would get raped by the constitution in court and thrown out) have been thrown out.
I was thinking about that too. Thinking through it i have to use it, just to shut them up, figured I could download it, check out what permissions it asks for (location, microphone, camera) deny all. Fill in the stupid bullshit with a UPS mailbox rented address. Only have phone in airplane mode while using it and getting to the airport and using it at the airport etc.
Maybe getting one of those faraday cage cellphone sleeves from infowars and turning phone to airplane mode, turning it off AND plopping it into the bag.
I guess end of the day, don’t take my word for it. Best thing for Canadian Pedes to do is consult a constitutional and criminal lawyer and ask them what the CBSA can and can’t do at the airport
Crossed back by land in March 2021, was going to tell them I don't have a smartphone but it's only to make their jobs easier. There is no penalty as they can't force someone to have a smartphone...yet.
It's very likely that the airline won't let you board the plane.
Once you leave the airport you can delete the app but the app is the easiest way to "report any symptoms" daily. If you don't report, they'll annoy you by calling and even visiting you at home.
Every morning you'll get an email with the following:
Symptoms Status Reporting Required
As a traveler that recently entered Canada, you must complete the following symptom reporting with the Government of Canada daily during your 14-day quarantine period.
This information will be used to support public health compliance follow-up.
For symptom reporting, please use the following self-assessment tool: https://arrivecan.cbsa-asfc.cloud-nuage.canada.ca/
Happened to me in Feb 2021 on an intl flight back into Canada. The airline would physically not let me board the plane (headed to Toronto) without the ArriveCan confirmation code.
This is how the gov gets unconstitutional rules enforced, they download them to the private sector (whom they ultimately regulate and will therefore go along with it)
Disgusting. I'm sure government would deny entry to its own citizens, if it could. Fortunately that line hasn't been crossed here yet.
People need to wake up that we need less government.
The government transferred the responsibility to the airlines so they're probably the ones getting a fine. The airline will deny you boarding without the covid test and the ArriveCAN app. Some airlines are checking for the hotel reservation as well but that can be easily forged.
I travelled back to Canada from the US a few weeks ago and the airline checked the PCR test at check-in (they don't issue you a boarding pass with online check-in) and at the gate they checked the test again and the ArriveCAN app.
I didn't have a hotel reservation and the airline didn't care.

I wish I could find it. There’s just so many of these videos I can’t keep up
